Sharon has lived in Hockley Texas for 48 years. Having lived literally on the Montgomery County, Waller County line, she is well planted into the communities WCLC serves. She graduated from Magnolia High School with many honors bestowed upon her from her peers. Sharon was president of her class all four years in high school, voted Homecoming Queen, most popular, most athletic, and most friendly and graduated in the top ten percent of her class. This most certainly demonstrated her leadership and friendship.
Sharon started out her career as an Advertising Sales Representative for a local and family owned newspaper serving Waller, Magnolia, Tomball and surrounding areas. She has extensive home building and selling experience having worked in the construction of new homes sales and administration, real estate and new home construction for the last 26 years. Sharon is returning to real estate bringing all this wonderful experience and insight to Waller County Land Company and the people and community we serve.
Sharon has two grown children, son Casey is an Army Veteran and daughter Dusty is a 12 year Realtor working in New Braunsfels and Canyon Lake area of Texas. Sharon has one grandchild, Cheyenne who is her pride and joy.
Cute story regarding her first real estate sale. A quiet, meek, elderly woman who drove up to the real estate office in a beat-up old car wanted to list her single wide older mobile home, (she was moving in with her son). Sharon spent extensive time finding a buyer for her home, it was a “unique” property with little value. One year later, the elderly lady remembered the kindness and diligence shown to her by Sharon and brought her son back to buy a million-dollar property. Lesson learned that she lives by, “Threat everyone with kindness and diligence, the trailer home you sell today, could be the mansion you sell tomorrow.”
