Melinda has spent her entire real estate career with us at Waller County Land and we couldn’t be more thankful for everything she’s contributed! Born in Kentucky then raised in Ohio, Melinda has been a proud Texan since 1981. She has been married to her husband Mike for 45 years and they have three wonderful children and six grandchildren. Melinda loves fishing, sewing and is an avid quilter. Her vivacious personality & wicked sense of humor make for happy co-workers & even happier clients. She oversees our Hempstead office & has consistently been a top-producing agent her entire career.
